No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late of leaving early. Please note that if you would like to arrive late or leave early there will be an additional charge for your private charter plane to Mana Pools.

Travel Insurance

It is imperative that you purchase your own travel insurance for the trip, and we ask you to share details with us before the start of the retreat.

We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to, or whilst you’re on, your trip. Trip insurance should also cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident whilst on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

You are responsible for arranging full travel insurance which should cover you for the activities you plan to undertake and have adequate cover for travel delay, cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and your personal belongings. Your policy should include cover for any medical claim due to Coronavirus and cancellation due to you falling ill with Coronavirus or being unable to travel or being required to self-isolate.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right in any circumstance to postpone and reschedule your retreat at any time up to 8 weeks before the start date, in which case we will offer to transfer your deposit to the new dates or issue a refund.

We will not be responsible for any monies you have paid for travel, so please make sure you have booked flexible flights with an airline that will allow date changes or that issues credit vouchers for future flights.
